Bedroom Balloon Decoration Guide

Planning a surprise for your partner and not knowing what kind of decor you should opt for? Relax and take a deep breath; I am going to take you on a tour of basic bedroom decor ideas where you will get splendid ideas on how to decorate your bedroom to surprise your partner on your anniversary.

I, for one, love decorating the room with balloons. I like to play with them, I like the beautiful colours and I can get on and on telling what I want about them, but this section is for the guide to decorate your bedroom in a perfect manner.

Balloon decoration is an art. It not only looks good but also lets the people enjoy decorating. People of different ages indulge in silly but playful activities and enjoy every bit of it. Balloons fascinate everyone and imagine the look on your partner’s face when they see the efforts you have put into decorating the whole room.

There are lots of balloons available, for example- foil balloons, mylar balloons, chrome balloons, pastel balloons, bobo balloons, light balloons etc. Foil balloons come in different shapes and are based on the customers’ preferences and demands. Remember to use chrome balloons in exotic shimmery colors like violet, black, gold etc., as they are shiny. Do not fill your room with a lot of foil balloons. Before starting with the ideas, let’s make a checklist of what would you require for a simple yet splendid bedroom balloon decoration.

After getting the required products, let’s start with the decoration ideas.

Balloon Arch!

Pick the most suitable place where you are going to have the cake cutting ceremony. Get ready to do some extra work because this is going to take time. Making balloon arches is not rocket science, but it surely takes a first-timer time. You can also make an L-shape instead of a proper arch as it will be a bit easy and less time-consuming. All you need to do is make pairs of 3 or 4 balloons (colour-coordinated) and connect them using the readymade strip (a smart and easy alternative) or the thread. Use thin double-sided tapes to stick them on the wall. If you have one, put a beautiful teddy towards the start of the L-shape and place a heart-shaped foil balloon around its hand. Take some small balloons, fill them with air and paste them according to the desired designs, i.e. anywhere on the arch or L-shape.

Balloon Tower!

A balloon tower works wonders when they are put beside the cake cutting table and entrance. Use the happy anniversary foil balloons above the bedrest, and the number (of years you have spent together) foil balloons can be used on the balloon towers. To make a balloon tower, make 5 to 6 pairs of 4 balloons; you can also colour coordinate, put them over each other and tie them using the thread or use tape if needed. Make another tower, just the same as before, and put the number balloons on top of them.

Balloon Chandeliers!

You have a decision to make now. You can either fill the ceiling with the gas-filled helium balloons, tie ribbons to it, and curl them a little. The other end can have your favourite pictures attached to it along with handwritten notes. Or instead of filling the whole ceiling with the balloons. Let’s fill them above the bed and enjoy the moments while sitting with your partner.
